My order/scam

I ordered shoes from the app, received a green check after entering credit card information but then received a screen saying "false payment". Then receive an email saying my order was placed and when you click on the link there is no web link!!!!! I have called the phone number, it goes straight to voicemail, and I have emailed with no response. Im feeling scammed and very angry! I will be reporting and canceling payment with my bank if I dont get an answer fast!!!!! I will write a new review if this issue is corrected! Very angry customer!!!
